This property is located in the beautiful Capitol Hill area of Washington, DC. Capitol Hill is within blocks of shops, stores and restaurants.

Located just 4-5 blocks from the famous Eastern Market and multiple metro stations. (Eastern Market being the closest) Less than 1/2 a mile from many museums, The Capitol Building, The Supreme Court, The Library of Congress, and most of the highways, parks and memorials.

You can access multiple highways to travel to Virginia or Maryland.

Accommodations

This home has 4 separate units which allows for large or small groups to rent out individually or all 4 units at one time. This Location is perfect if you have 1 person or up to 20 people. Everyone will be located in their own individual space yet still be able to walk across the hall to see each other. Every unit contains a full service kitchen, stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, microwave, iron and ironing board. Some of the units also contain a washer and dryer or dishwasher. All units have hard wood floors.

Four separate suites. Each suite is fully furnished. These units are excellent for multifamily vacations or large families.

****Please note: If you would like to house more than 20 people you can combine your reservation with our other property for a total of 34 people.

Unit #1 (One bedroom suite 4-6 people)	Unit #2 (One bedroom suite 4-6 people)
Contains a full sized bed in the bedroom as well as two day beds in the living room and one queen sized futon in the living room. It also has a sofa and dining area that seats 1-6 people. The unit has two TV’s, a DVD player, cable and wireless internet access. This unit contains a full galley kitchen as well as its own full bathroom with linens for the beds and bathroom. (This unit sleeps 4-6 people) Suites 1 and 2 have wood burning fireplaces.	Contains a queen sized bed in the bedroom as well as two full sized futons in the living room. It also has a lounge chair, sofa and dining area that seats 1-6 people. The unit has two TV’s, a DVD player cable and wireless internet access. This unit contains a full galley kitchen as well as its own full bathroom with linens for the beds and bathroom. (This unit sleeps 4-6 people) Suites 1 and 2 have wood burning fireplaces.
Unit #3 (Two bedroom suite 5-6 people)	Unit #4 (Two bedroom suite 4-6 people)
Contains a full sized bed in the bedroom as well as two twin over full bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. The unit contains a sofa and 2 lounge chairs in the living room as well as a dining area for up to four people. The unit has two TV’s, a DVD player, cable and wireless internet access. This unit contains a full galley kitchen as well as its own full bathroom with linens for the beds and bathroom. (This unit sleeps 5-6 people, or can become a 4 bedroom unit and accommodate 12 people when combined with unit #4.	Contains a queen sized bed in the bedroom as well as one twin over full bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom and a futon couch in the living room. The living room has a dining area for up to four people. This unit has two TV’s, a DVD player, cable and wireless internet access. The unit contains a full galley kitchen as well as its own full bathroom with linen for the beds and bathroom. (This unit sleeps 4-6 people, or can become a 4 bedroom unit and accommodate 12 people when combined with unit #3).

These units can be used separately or combined any which way, for a weekend getaway with your friends or loved ones or a more private location for a business trip.

Units # 3&4 have a center door which allows combining the units for one very large 4 bedroom suite with 2 Living rooms, kitchens and bathrooms. This situation allows for sleeping 9 separately or 12 doubled up in larger beds.

All units can be combined together to make a EXTRA LARGE living space that will house up to 16 separately or up to 20 doubled in some beds.

All units need to be booked separately unless you contact the office and we will complete a group registration.

Rental Rates

Nightly Weekday Rates:

$120 per night for a 1 bedroom suite (1 bedroom 1 bath and sleeps 4-6 (unit #1) or 4-6 (unit #2).

$175 per night for a 2 bedroom suite (2 bedrooms 1 bath and sleeps 5-6 people (unit #3) or 4-6 (unit #4).

$350 per night to rent 4 bedrooms suite (Two 2 bedroom suites units #3 & 4 and sleeps 9-12 people)

$600 per night for the whole house (All 4 suites units #1, 2, 3, & 4 and sleeps 16-20 people)

Weekends: $360-$1,800
Weekly: $840-$4,200
Monthly: $3,600-$18,000

Rates provided above represent the cost amount for the lower number of people, there is an additional $7.50 per person charge for any number of people above the lower number listed.

Cleaning Fee per unit:
$80.00 min for 1-3 days
$100.00 for 4-7 days
$125.00 for 7-10 days or for multiple unit rentals.

10+ days will require addition cleanings.

Optional:

Parking: Off-street parking per car, per day $10. On-street parking $5 per car per day.

All rentals are monthly rates prorated to the daily amount for early departures.
