Depending on which property you select
the Flats are 4-5 blocks away and the Townhouse is 2 blocks from the
nearest Metro/Subway.
How far are you from the mall? Can you walk to the mall area where the museums are?
The mall area is approximately 1/2 mile away.
How far are you from the White House?
The White House is approximately 1 mile away.
How far are you from the White House?
The White House is approximately 1 mile away.
How close is the nearest grocery store or market place?
Depending on which property you select the Flats are 2 blocks away and the Townhouse is 4-5 blocks from the nearest large grocery.
Do you have parking?
Yes, off-street parking is $10 per night, and on street parking is $5 per night.
Is your place wheel chair accessible?
The Reid Flats have a ramp in the rear of the building, the Townhouse has no ramps and 4 stairs to enter the house.
Is there a bedroom on the 1st floor?
Yes, at the Reid Flats only, the Townhouse has futons on the 1st floor.
Is this a room for rent or an apartment?
We only rent apartments and a townhouse.
Is there a backyard that can be used?
Yes
Do we have to share space with other occupants?
The rear yards are shared by tenants.
Are parties or any other festive celebrations allowed?
Unfortunately no. These properties are located in residential areas, and the neighbors and homeowners will not tolerate noisy activities.
Where are the places located exactly?
You will find this by using the map on the bottom of the properties pages.
Is it a child friendly neighborhood? How safe is the area?
There are many families with children in the neighborhood.
Where is the pool located?
The William H Rumsey Aquatic Center is located at 635 North Carolina Ave. SE. 4-5 blocks away from the Flats and directly behind Eastern Market.
What do we do if our group size increases?
Please contact us ASAP, with your correct size.

Sorry, this is not possible since we normally have tenants in the units, you can only view the units online.
